Water Quality Reports

The Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) Amendments of 1996 require that consumers receive more information about the quality of their drinking water supply on an annual basis. This report is a summary of the water we provide to our customers. The analysis was made by using the data from the most recent U. S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) required test and is presented in the attached pages. We hope this information helps you become more knowledgeable about what’s in your drinking water. Providing safe and reliable drinking water that meets State and Federal standards is a high priority for Fountainhead Municipal Utility District.
